I have found a really SWEET pair of shoes and I was wondering if anybody knows of a cheap place to get them?

i bought a super cute dress, and now i need shoes. where can i get a pair of brown summer shoes, if they exist. can i even wear brown during the spring/summer? i dont want to go super crazy with the heel, or the price! please help
